Refunds or Exchanges: 

We will exchange a product if there is an error in size or product but all sales are final and there are NO refunds.

Lost or Stolen:

If you find that your product is lost in transit, please call your local post office with your tracking number. Unfortunately at this point the product has left our hands and there is not a lot we can do. We will work with you as much as we can but can not replace product when tracking says it has been delivered. Please purchase extra insurance if wanting reassurance for your items. 

Customizable Products:

With any customizable product you buy, there will be one proof sent before finalizing and making the item. For questions on customizable products email us at

We reserve all rights to each and every design. Stealing of any design to make your own or for resale value will have legal action brought against them.
